Terms of Sale

These standard terms of sale is an electronic record registered at the office of Company Registrar under Company act, 2006 AD (2063 BS) and any amendment made thereafter on the act.

These terms of sale is a legally binding document between buyer and seller where the seller has made the offer to sell the products by listing the same on the website and buyer has accepted such offer of the seller by agreeing to buy the product so offered on the website. These terms of sale will be effective and binding on the seller upon seller's advertising and creating a listing of the product on the website and shall be effective and binding on the buyer upon buyer agreeing to purchase the products so listed by the seller. It is requested to read these terms of sale attentively before listing any product on the website or before purchasing any products from the site. These terms of sale are subject to change or amendment at any time.

1.           Offer and Acceptance of the Product

1.1         Seller must abide by the process and procedures while selling, advertising, pre and post delivery     the products on the website;

1.2       Seller has the right to sell the Products to the buyer on or through the website;

1.3        Buyer shall be entitled to all the warranties and other collaterals applicable to the Product or as     generally made available by the manufacturer or seller of the Product;

1.4        Product shall meet the description and specifications as provided on the Website.

                   2.        Pricing Information 

2.1        The Selling Price is provided on the Website on 'as is' basis as provided by the Seller, which might be subject to change. Due to technical reasons, there may be errors in Selling Price which may be corrected by the Seller at any time.

2.2     All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. 

3.        Delivery method of product 

3.1       The risk of any damage, loss or deterioration of the Products during the course or delivery or during transit shall be on the Seller and not on the Buyer. Seller represent and warrant that the Products being delivered are not faulty and are exactly those Products which are listed and advertised by Seller on the Website.

3.2      Buyer's shipping address will be verified with the database of Website before a Buyer proceed to pay for Buyer's purchase. If the delivery address is not verified with the database Buyer may provide alternative shipping address.

3.3      Upon delivery, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Products. The risk of loss shall pass on to the Buyer upon delivery of Product.

3.4      The title in the Products and other rights and interest in the Products shall directly pass on to the Buyer from Seller upon delivery of such Product and upon full payment of price of the Product. 

4.         Return Policy for Products

4.1      In the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4.2   Additionally, for return, return and refund policy and conditions listed in the website might come into effect. 

                  5.          Cancellation of orders 

5.1       Cancellation by Seller: There may be certain orders that Seller is unable to accept and has the right to cancel either by the Seller directly or Seller can instruct Raramart to cancel such order. Seller may also require additional verifications or information before processing any order.

5.2   Cancellation by buyer: In case of requests for order cancellations, Seller reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. 

6.         Business ethics 

6.1       Sellers should comply with all required business ethics. Any kind of involvement or engagement bribery or corruption, any sort of verbal and physical threats is strictly prohibited.

6.2   Employee must comply with employee’s minimum age requirement as per required by law. Employing children in any form of work in business premises is forbidden. Wages, working hours, day-offs must me clearly stated in employment contracts. Seller must take care of all employees health and safety requirement during working hours.

6.3   Establishment of business must comply with local, state and federal laws.

6.4   Sellers must comply with minimum environmental standards and norms. Environmental norms here notifies to waste management within business premises, efficient use of energy and water.
